GRASS ONLY, DRY-AGED BEEF

Our cattle enjoy the ability to roam and graze on hundreds of acres of fresh, green pasture during the summer, and our homegrown alfalfa hay and sprouts in the winter months. Our cows are grass fed from start to finish - we never give them any grains. They are treated humanely and receive no antibiotics or hormones.

All of our beef is dry-aged, hand cut and wrapped right here on the farm with our in-house butcher. The meat is watched carefully as it ages to ensure optimal flavor and tenderness. Your order is then curated by the farmer himself to verify it meets our highest standard.

Separate cuts are sold in our farm store. Bulk options and delivery are also available throughout the year.
