Looking to stock your freezer with high-quality, local meat you can trust? Our bulk meat shares are a practical, affordable way to fill your freezer with nutrient-dense meat raised the way it used to be.
We offer 100% grass-finished beef and lamb, plus flavor-rich pork, all cut, wrapped, and dry-aged in our own on-farm butcher shop in West Jordan, Utah.
Whether you’re new to bulk buying or have been filling your freezer for years, our shares make it simple. You’ll receive a well-rounded mix of cuts, clear pricing, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your farmer.
BEEF, PORK, & LAMB
We’re now taking orders for our next round of bulk meat shares - beef, pork, and lamb. August pickup dates are available (see below for options).
Please make note of your selected pickup dates. Orders must be picked up during farm hours on the listed Thursday or Saturday, and no later than 3:00pm Saturday. After that, a daily freezer storage fee will apply.
Shares may sell out - we recommend ordering early to secure your spot.
All shares on this page are for farm pickup only. We do not offer shipping, and delivery must be arranged separately on our delivery page.
Looking for smaller quantities? You’re always welcome to shop individual cuts in our farm store during open hours.
WILD ALASKAN FISH
2025 Salmon Shares: We’re now taking pre-orders for our next batch of wild-caught Alaskan salmon. We expect the fish to arrive in late August or early September.
Quantities are limited and do sell out each season, so we recommend placing your order early if you’d like to reserve some for your freezer.
Important Ordering Information:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Placing a deposit reserves your bulk meat share — this is not the full cost of your order. Your deposit will be applied toward the final total.
After placing your deposit, you’ll receive an email confirmation. About one week before your scheduled pickup, we’ll email you the remaining balance and pickup instructions.
Pickup hours:
Thursday from 2:00–6:00pm
Saturday from 10:00am–3:00pmYour share must be picked up by 3:00pm Saturday. A $10/day freezer storage fee will apply for each day the farm store is open after that.
We offer shares monthly. Availability can vary, so we recommend reserving early to get the share size you prefer.
