Pick up only during our farm hours on February 19 & 21, 2026. The balance of your order is due at that time.

• 1 Rib Steak Package

• 2 Sirloin Steak Packages

• 1 Rump or Pot Roast

• 1 Chuck Roast

• Remainder in Regular Ground Beef (varies depending on steak/roast weights)

Roasts are generally 3-4 pounds, steaks are two per package, and ground beef approximately one pound packages.

Meat is packaged in plastic & butcher paper, ensuring it keeps well for a minimum of one year in your freezer. It will be frozen and boxed for your convenience.
